國民黨台北市黨部主委黃呂錦茹因涉「藍營幽靈連署案」，日前遭檢方聲請羈押禁見，地方法院裁定駁回。北檢不服提起抗告，高等法院今（24日）認為地院「未詳閱卷證就逕行裁定」，因此撤銷原裁定，發回更裁，並預定於明日（4/25）上午10點重開羈押庭。
